The program, entitled "How Social Media Is Changing the Practice of Law," will feature panels on issues regarding social media and investigations and the challenges social media poses to litigation.

New York Partner <a title="Karin Scholz Jenson" href="http://cl.exct.net/?ju=fe30177777670c7d751371&amp;ls=fdf317707366057c7c12787d&amp;m=ff021575766606&amp;l=fec2177673600279&amp;s=fe37117171670579701570&amp;jb=ffcf14&amp;t=">Karin Scholz Jenson</a> will be speaking on "The Growing Litigation Challenges of Social Media," which will cover the following, among other topics:
<ul>
	<li>Monitoring social media communications in the workplace.</li>
	<li>Challenges in preserving and collecting social media.</li>
	<li>Evolving and developing case law involving the use of social media in litigation.</li>
	<li>Ethically pursuing social media communications in investigations, party and non-party discovery.</li>
	<li>Use of social media in court.</li>
</ul>
The program is approved for 3.0 MCLE Credits, 1.5 of which are ethics credits. It runs from 4:00 PM through 7:00 PM, with a cocktail reception following the panels.
